Website developer & studio technology all rounder Salary: £18 to £28k DOE
We are looking for an ambitious front end web developer and general technology all rounder, someone who is fresh and keen to develop within a creative environment, who although has code at heart, can contribute creative thinking to a project, as well as general day to day help around the studio.
Your core skills will be website front end development, such as websites for WordPress, but knowledge in Drupal, Shopify, Magento etc would be useful too. You should be the kind of person who is always looking out for new technology, ways of simplifying the design-to-live process and someone who is never satisfied unless learning.
This persons day to day role will vary dramatically, they will be the only coder/developer among a group of designers, project managers and consultants, you will be responsible for all things technology related, such as website builds, social media, SEO, email and server administration. This is not a “sit down and code this” role, this is a role for someone who is active and happy to get tucked in, think for themselves, help out on everything IT related and generally enjoy a creative place.
Essential skills and experience:
- Modern front-end build systems WP, Magento, Shopify etc
- Google Analytics, SEO, Social Media API’s
- Server side administration
- Responsive web build ability

Imperative aspects to getting into the Garden is the ability to show a high level of creative ability, experience on leading branding projects, a bright and sunny personality, ego free quite confidence and the ability to work from own initiative while listening and understanding creative direction.
No we wont get back to you, we do get many CV’s and would be a fulltime job to answer them all, but they WILL be put on file and drawn from when there is the need.

We are hoping that there is someone out there with amazing video editing and production skills that are looking to join a great branding team based in London.
If you have leading abilities in AfterEffects, Premier, Final Cut Pro etc and can demonstrate strong creative flair, we would love to hear from you. As well as obvious high creative standards, we do also look for people who show a friendly and sociable nature, as well as a high level of self motivation and the ability to think for yourself and around problem solve.

1 – the ability to create a compelling idea and
design execution, and to deliver this across
different medias and brand channels.
2 – good ability with all Adobe core applications.
3 – 3D skills are much more usable these days,
so this would be a benefit – although not essential.
