Nomad had the talent and energy, they needed a brand that matched it and held together under pressure.

We ran an intensive two week discovery, combining workshops, audits, competitor analysis, and business model analysis. The challenge was turning a strong culture and attitude into something clear, ownable, and easy to apply across day to day touchpoints.
