Qudos
A brand for a recognition platform built for everyday appreciation.


Qudos needed a brand and interface that made recognition feel engaging and welcoming, bringing positivity to the workplace.
Qudos helps organisations build a culture of appreciation through peer-to-peer recognition, a public Wall of Fame and a gamified prize draw. The challenge was to create a bright, confident identity that matched the spirit of the product, then translate it into clear digital and app design. It also had to work as a configurable system, so different organisations could apply their own logo, values and metrics without the experience feeling generic.

A warm, energetic system that puts the recognition moment first, then scales across app, platform and client customisation without losing personality.


Start with behaviour
We designed around the core action, sending and receiving Qudos. That meant reducing friction, keeping language direct, and making public recognition feel positive and inclusive. The experience supports quick peer-to-peer thanks, with clear prompts to link recognition to company values.
Build for visibility
Open Appreciation and the Live Wall of Fame needed to feel alive, not noisy. We created a layout approach that prioritises names, messages and values, so recognition reads instantly at a glance. Motion and rhythm were handled with restraint to keep the feed energised and readable.
Design for adoption
As a branding consultancy and digital partner, we focused on everyday usability. The app design supports regular use, not occasional campaigns. The brand design stays warm and fun, while the UI system is structured enough to handle reporting, admin views and client-specific branding.
The result:
A clear, cut-through yet warmer Qudos that supports public recognition, rewards and reporting, with a brand system that can flex across different organisations without losing its character.
The work aligned brand and product so the experience feels consistent from first impression to daily use. Recognition is presented as something straightforward and social, supported by a visual system that stays upbeat without getting in the way. The result is a platform that can carry different client cultures through custom branding, while keeping the Qudos personality intact.

Over a 4 week sprint, we developed the brand design and translated it into digital and app design for the Qudos platform. The system was structured to support core recognition flows, public visibility through the Wall of Fame, and the Spin & Win mechanic, alongside admin and reporting needs. Custom branding was treated as a first-class requirement, enabling organisations to apply their own logo, values and metrics while keeping the experience consistent. Delivered as a cohesive product and identity package by our branding agency team.
