The challenge

Build a luxury e-liquid brand that feels credible in a misunderstood, fast-moving sector

Vaperama needed a brand that could bridge multiple demographics without losing its premium edge. The category moves quickly and is often misunderstood, so the work had to do two things at once, feel elevated and design-led, while also explaining the benefits of vaping over smoking tobacco in a clear, consistent way. As their branding agency and branding consultancy, we shaped the strategy, brand, packaging and website, then supported ongoing campaigns, promotions, affiliate activity and SEO.

1. Research and positioning

We started by getting close to the sector and the audience expectations, then defined a positioning rooted in the connection between mind and taste. The aim was professional, engaging and different, without trying too hard. That became the filter for every decision after.

2. Brand creation system

Taste imagination became the organising idea. From there we created the Vaperama brand world, setting a tone that feels luxury and considered. As a branding company, we focused on consistency across comms so the brand could earn trust through repetition, not hype.

3. Website and comms

The website had to inform as much as it sold. We designed and developed a clear structure and content approach that explained benefits in plain language, while keeping the overall experience premium. We also advised on marketing and communications across online and offline touchpoints.

The identity is deliberately restrained. A black and white base gives the brand confidence, with foil detailing and light embossing to bring tactility and a luxury finish. The overall look is elegant and sophisticated, with an art and beauty sensibility. The tone of voice stays clear and consistent, balancing premium cues with straightforward information so the brand feels trustworthy, not vague.
