LIFE framework

We anchored the brand in LIFE, Leadership, Innovation, Flourishing, and Excellence. It became the strategic foundation and the creative shorthand, giving Prestigia a clear narrative that could stretch from corporate communications to individual developments, without feeling like marketing theatre.

We introduced a centralised brand architecture to unify the portfolio. A naming and endorsement system allows each development to retain its own identity, while benefiting from the strength and prestige of the Prestigia masterbrand. Clear, structured, and built for growth.

As a branding consultancy, we carried the system through guidelines, signage and wayfinding, digital and social, plus a website reskin. We also produced renderings across locations, buildings, and interiors, supported by animation to help the world feel tangible before it is built.

The identity was designed to express refined luxury with warmth, and with enough structure to stay consistent across a varied portfolio. We defined the core brand rules in detailed guidelines, covering tone of voice, a consistent layout system, and finishing details for digital and physical environments. The visual system was built to work from large-scale signage and wayfinding through to social content and a reskinned website, with rendering and animation giving the developments a coherent, elevated presence.

The refreshed brand came to life across the full ecosystem, guidelines to keep teams aligned, signage and wayfinding to shape arrival and movement, and digital and social to carry the lifestyle story day to day. The website reskin brought the central narrative and architecture into a clearer structure. Rendering across locations, buildings, and interiors helped present each development with the same level of prestige, while animation added pace and clarity to key messages. This is what a branding agency should deliver, not just identity, but a working system.
