As a branding agency, we understand that identification and verification can be complex—how they work and what benefits they bring. That’s why we set out to create a brand that was the opposite of the typical ‘man in a hoodie’ tech identity. This brand needed to feel approachable, simple, and powerful. Our creative direction was built on disruptive simplicity—so simple even a baby could understand it. The concept was inspired by a universally understood idea: square pegs in square holes, round pegs in round holes. That clarity shaped everything. From the logo and visual identity to the communications strategy and tone of voice, our branding agency ensured simplicity was the thread tying everything together. It’s this kind of clarity and creativity that allows brands to cut through the noise and connect instantly.

From pioneering '80s print magazine to digital-era platform reborn to meet a new creative urgency
In the late 1980s and early '90s, Wild Culture emerged as a vibrant print publication in Toronto, capturing the zeitgeist of a generation seeking to explore the intricate relationship between nature and human creativity. Fast forward to 2012, and the world had changed dramatically. The digital revolution had transformed how we consume media, and the global conversation around environmental issues had gained unprecedented urgency.
Branding and packaging for an activated-charcoal oral hygiene range, designed with a fun, friendly feel to engage a younger demographic.
Coco by Mist is a oral hygiene brand and packaging range that is based on activated charcoal teeth whitening, widely considered anti-fungal, and a more natural way to white teeth and freshen breath. The range came in different formats such as a pot or paste, and customers had a choice of different flavours such as berry, mint, peach and nude (plain). This was a quick turnaround project to test the market, taking 4 weeks from idea to completion and assets for distribution including animations, the design was positioned to feel fun and friendly to engage a younger demographic.
